Providers of Marketing and Communication Services:

We may share your information (Name, Email) with external email marketing automation service providers who act as Data Processors on our behalf for the sole purpose of managing and sending our marketing communications, newsletters and promotional materials. For example, we use the Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) platform to manage and send email communications. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your personal data and use it only for the performance of the specific services.

We may also disclose your personal information for the following reasons: (1) to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or other legal process; (2) to enforce your agreements with us, including this Privacy Policy; or (3) to respond to claims that your use of the Service violates the rights of third parties. In the event of a merger or acquisition of the Service or our company by another company, your information will be one of the assets transferred to the new owner.

 

Retention of your information:

We will retain your personal information for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which it was collected, as detailed below, and in any case no longer than is required by law:

1. Data for Account Management and Service Delivery: Retained for as long as the user account is valid and for up to 12 months (or 24 months) from the date of account inactivity, after which it will be anonymized or deleted.
2. Data for Marketing and Newsletter Purposes: Retained until your consent is revoked or, in the case of non-interaction (e.g., opening emails) or failure to renew your requested consent, for up to 24 months after the last interaction.
3. Administrative, Accounting and Tax Data: Retained for a period of 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship, as required by Italian tax and civil law.
4. Data for Legal Defense or Fraud Prevention: We may retain certain information for a longer period if it is necessary for the exercise of legal rights, litigation management, or fraud prevention.

Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, which does not allow identification, may be retained indefinitely.

 

Your rights:

Depending on the applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data or receive a copy of it, to restrict or object to the active processing of your data, to ask us to share (bring) your personal data to another entity, to revoke any consent you have given us to process your data, the right to lodge a complaint with a competent authority, and other relevant rights provided by applicable law.
