Project Manager with HSE Skills

What You Will Do Every Day: your key responsibilities

Complete project management
You will oversee the entire lifecycle: planning, procurement, construction site, commissioning and commissioning, ensuring operational continuity and high standards.

Planning & Control
You will build timelines and budgets, monitor time, cost and quality, with periodic reports to management and timely corrective action.

Operations Coordination
You will align internal teams, vendors and subcontractors; manage SAL, progress meetings and direct customer relations.

Support the commercial phase
You will support the Sales team in estimating, technical feasibility, and bid construction for new orders.

HSE at the heart of the role

• Regulatory compliance: enforcement of Legislative Decree 81/08 and maintenance of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 systems.
• HSE operations: drafting/management of PSC, POS, DUVRI, DVR, risk assessments; verification of technical/professional and documentary suitability (DURC, attestations, training) for internal staff and external partners.
• Audits & systems: support to RSGI for certification maintenance, internal/external audits and continuous process improvement.

 

The Skills and Experience We Seek

Training

• Master's degree in engineering or related technical degree.

Experience

• 1-2 years in PM/HSE on construction sites (background from PV/renewables is a plus ).

Technical skills

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Office package; good English.

• Solid knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems.

Soft skills

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with internal departments and external partners.

• Goal orientation, problem solving and initiative.

• Proactive attitude, enthusiasm and passion for the green world.
