- Effective Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and offer tailored solutions, meeting the specific needs of businesses and individuals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting and trusted relationships with potential and acquired customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and achievement of company goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and the latest energy technologies to offer the best advice.
- Closing Contracts: Manage the entire sales negotiation process through to contract closing, ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Market Analysis: Constantly monitor the energy market and analyze competitors to develop increasingly effective business strategies.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with technical and administrative departments to ensure efficient management of orders.
The Skills and Experience We Seek
To excel in this role, we ask that you possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Training:
- High school diploma.
- Experience:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or related fields (e.g., energy services, plant engineering).
- Technical Skills:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide high-quality pre-sales and after-sales counseling.
- Possession of a VAT number (or willingness to open one soon).
- Transversal Skills:
- Excellent negotiation skills to reach advantageous agreements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a strong customer orientation.
- Strong results orientation and ability to work toward challenging goals.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory for customer visits and inspections.
