What You Will Do Every Day: Your Main Activities

As a Photovoltaic Installer, you will be a key figure in the implementation of our projects. Your main activities will include:

• Installation Components: You will mount PV panels on different surfaces (roofs, flat or sloping surfaces) and associated module support structures.
• Wiring and Connections: You will be responsible for the electrical wiring of installations, connecting inverters and switchboards with precision and care.
• Verification and Testing: You will perform verifications and testing to ensure the proper functioning of the installed systems.
• Maintenance Support: You will give support in routine and extraordinary plant maintenance activities, ensuring their efficiency over time.
• Reading Technical Schematics: You will work by interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings for accurate installation.
• Work Safety: You will always ensure full compliance with work safety regulations and the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), especially during work at height.
• Technical Interface: You will be in constant contact with the technical manager to manage and coordinate site activities.
• Problem Solving: You will identify and promptly resolve any issues that may arise during the installation stages.
• Team Collaboration: You will work in synergy with the rest of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality.

The Skills and Experience We Seek

To excel in this role, we ask that you possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Training and Qualifications:
  • Technical degree (electrical, electronic, electrical engineering or related).
  • PES/PAV/PEI certifications will be considered an asset.
  • B driver's license, essential for travel on construction sites.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience, even minimal, inphotovoltaic or electricalinstallation.
  • A knowledge, also preferred, of photovoltaic systems, inverters and storage systems.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of electrical principles and low-voltage systems.
  • Ability to use specific tools and equipment for electrical installations.
  • Skill in reading electrical schematics and floor plans.
• Transversal Skills:
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle work at height safely.
  • Precision and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Quality and deadline orientation.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
