Collection and usage of personal information is only to understand your needs and to serve you better. For example, Myenergy may use your information to properly dimension your solution, create a business plan, create a customized offer, communicate with you about news on our products and services. Credit card numbers are used only for processing payments in Myenergystore. Credit card information and other sensitive personal information is not used for any other purpose and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services. As part of real-time payment processing, MYENERGY subscribes to a fraud management service. This service gives you and MYENERGY an extra level of security to guard against credit card fraud and to protect your financial data. 

Myenergy will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Myenergy shares personal information with companies working on our behalf or external organization (i.e. ENEL or GSE) to deliver complete solutions. Suppliers and service providers are required to keep confidential the information received on behalf of Myenergy and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Myenergy.

Subscription communications include email newsletters that may be expressly requested by you. After you request such communications, you may opt out of receiving them by writing an email message to info@myenergy.it using “unsubscribe” as subject.
